THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE TARGET,
and nothing is more iconic to Wicked (or musical theatre as a whole) than Elphaba’s final riff in Defying Gravity. We’ve heard it on Broadway,
in the back of Taxi cabs, in the trailer for the new movie!!!, and even in a viral social trend
in which people place the audio over loud everyday object.
So in this spot, when Target shoppers discover some of the incredible collaborations across
the store, they find themselves at a complete loss for words. The only thing that comes out
of their mouth is the iconic riff– AH ah Aaaaaah!
To make this extra entertaining we’d work with professional singers who really could belt this riff in their own style.

We created an experience that takes guests on an intimate road trip with Olivia Rodrigo, through the creative journey that led to her debut album “SOUR”.
The trip is inspired by the stunning visuals and vast landscapes that span the roads between Salt Lake City and Los Angeles, where Olivia recounts the memories of writing her triple platinum album, and shares her feelings as a young woman navigating a pivotal time in her life.
The road trip theme is symbolic of Olivia’s journey within; her honesty, authenticity and evolution as an artist.
The relatability offers a feeling of connection for press, fans, and all who love Olivia.

We “made it rain” with fan love by creating an interactive dance experience that inspires all to get up and out of their seat (or use it as a prop) to engage with the cast of Finding the Real Magic Mike series!
fans will feel empowered, sexy and confident inside and out in an experience that keeps them dancing & wildly entertained like never before.
The ultimate dance experience allowed fans to engage and command the dancers as if they were truly at a live performance through the HBO MAX app on social.
Tricks like swiping dollars, sexy costumes, setting the mood lighting, transformation the vibe of the room and of course private lap dances are just a few of the “magic” the AR experiences we created. All the magic at the swipe of ones finger tips ;)

Our experience brought girls on a journey through Barbie’s iconic past, present, and future. The pop-up was equal parts celebratory tribute, art installation, and insta-bait, with moments of discovery around every corner.
From Astronaut to Presidential Candidate to Robotics Engineer - Barbie’s past was brought to life through an inspiring physical timeline highlighting her careers and achievements.
After learning all about Barbie’s history, girls could then explore a life-size version of Barbie’s bright, playful Dreamhouse.
From a pink glitter turkey to a ball pit hidden inside Barbie’s fridge and a fish tank photo moment, special surprises encouraged guests to explore the dreamhouse & rediscover the magic of Barbie!
To further inspire and encourage girls to reach for their dreams, we created a room where they could meet Barbie’s latest Role Model dolls – like Yara Shahidi, Misty Copeland & Ibtihaj Muhammad – and pose alongside them.

Art Direction & Set Design for Cynthia Nixon for Governor campaign video!
The video was a witty call back to Sex & The City, featuring the brilliant John Early in this cute CYNTHIA IS NOT A MIRANDA talk show style interview :)
We were tasked to design a series of stores to help launch FILA’s marquee collection worldwide. Called Explore, the line was designed around four key themes: Canyon, Woods, Mountains, and Elements. Our concept weaved unexpected sensorial moments, inspired by these themes, into the shopping experience.
Taking notes from organic topographical maps, we hid a trail inside the store that led guests into dramatically shifting landscapes. With each step deeper into the experience, guests escaped the bustling streets and became immersed in FILA’s new collection.
10 CITIES, 3 CONTINENTS!! :)
We took our concept internationally by designing and producing accompanying stores and experiences (in line with the designs from NYC) across three continents and ten cities including Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, London, and Sao Paulo.

Known for its warped, oversized logo, the FILA Mindblower was a classic sneaker of the 90s. To reintroduce the shoe in spring of 2018, MKG worked to develop a 360 launch strategy that included a two week pop up retail experience in NYC, Seoul, and Tokyo. We also created a microsite to introduce the shoes, designed props and contributed to the look book as well as out of home advertising for a seamless campaign aesthetic amongst all visual platforms.

Barneys New York
Barneys New York opened the doors to its Madison Avenue flagship at midnight, kicking off its holiday season initiative with Lady Gaga and the debut of the highly anticipated Gaga’s Workshop. Billed as a take on the iconic Santa's workshop, the immersive environment inside the retailer's men's store runs through January 2. Not only does Gaga's Workshop form an impressive display, it also sells 220 limited-edition products created in collaboration with the popular musician. There's even a charitable tie-in—25 percent of the sales from the items will be donated to Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation.
Barneys creative director Dennis Freedman and his in-house team handled production of the massive undertaking, nearly a year in the works. They worked hand-in-hand with Lady Gaga's stylist, Mugler designer Nicola Formichetti, as well as installation artists Eli Sudbrack and Christophe Hamaide Pierson of Assume Vivid Astro Focus.
Ever wished you could curl up amid the merch and call your local HomeGoods store home?
Set to pop-up in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago, HomeGoods Hideouts will be a fun twist on the traditional retail and travel experiences. According to a release, the Hideouts are described as “a private oasis specifically designed to help consumers rediscover joy and reset with exciting décor and delightful ways to escape, restore and recharge from a hectic everyday life.” Each location will have a stylistically distinct theme: New York will be “Restore,” Chicago will be “Escape,” and Los Angeles will be “Recharge.”
There will be several unique features of each Hideout. In addition to living spaces that features cozy sleeping areas, luxe bathrooms, and stylish sitting areas, there will be unique features like a “Magic Phone,” which will be placed within each Hideout as a direct line to the Hideout-dedicated concierge team to provide guests with all they need. There will also be virtual tarot card reading sessions, DIY crafts, spa essentials, not-for-kids candy-centric cocktails and several more surprises that are aimed at “helping consumers rediscover themselves.” Hey, if it helps you take a break from constant Zoom meetings, then go for it!
And since you’ve probably never left a HomeGoods store empty-handed, guests will be able to take home select merchandise. In the same way that the store’s merchandise is constantly changing, each space will be newly transformed to provide a unique and unexpected experience for each guest.
